This Orlando vacation rental is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Our goal is to make your stay fun and relaxing. The entire home and all outdoor patio areas have WiFi access. All bedrooms and living room have large flat screen HD Smart TV’s with cable. There is also unlimited local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada. You’ll find everything you need is at your fingertips. The living room has large comfortable seating for the whole family, a large flat screen HD Smart TV, cable, BluRay DVD player, movies, books, a CD player, and board games for the whole family to enjoy. The living room cable box is capable of ordering Pay Per View. Should you wish to order something (like UFC), just let us know. We are happy to order that for you at retail cost. The room opens out to a sunny, south facing pool with ample deck space that’s screened off from the neighbors. You’ll find lounge chairs, a patio table, and a Bar-B-Que are all there for you when you feel like enjoying the outdoors. Pool heating is available upon request. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. If your stay is during the Christmas holidays and you would like the home to be decorated, please let us know and we will have it ready for your stay.

The spacious master bedroom looks out over the swimming pool. It has a queen size bed, flat screen HD Smart TV, cable, a private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. This bathroom has a shower. Between the dresser and the walk-in closet, you’ll find there is plenty of storage space! For your convenience, this room has a computer and printer.

The guest suite also has a view of the pool. It has a full size bed and a flat screen HD Smart TV with cable. There is ample storage space in this room as well. It has two night stands, a dresser, and a closet. This room shares a bathroom with the kids room. That bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo.

The kids room is sure to be a hit! With a twin/full bunk bed and a twin trundle hidden underneath, there is ample sleeping space for up to four people. All three mattresses were purchased brand new in May 2016 and are extremely comfortable! The kids will never get bored in here! There is a large flat screen HD Smart TV, cable, XBox 360, BluRay DVD player, books, foam building blocks, light-up football, more board games, and even a few dress-up outfits for little girls. Xbox 360 games or feel free to use the games and DVDs we have provided. There is also a closet and dresser with ample storage.

If you have little ones traveling with you, we have a variety of things to make your trip a little easier. There is a sound baby monitoring system that just plugs in to the wall, a portable playpen, high hair, brand new car seat, and three strollers. Two of the strollers are umbrella strollers. The third is a full-size children’s stroller.
